Delegate CX is seeking a Home-Based Graphic Designer to craft visual identities for client brands and ensure brand consistency across channels. You will develop logos, layouts, and marketing visuals, applying design principles to deliver impactful artwork for the US market while collaborating with clients remotely.

The position starts as a 3-month contingent contract, with a 6-month probation and potential for full-time employment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 1-3 years of proven graphic design experience.
• Strong verbal, written and English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard or US hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Mansioni

• Create logos and pre-production artwork.
• Apply brand guidelines and edit photos.
• Engage in typesetting and layout design.
• Design website mockups with compelling images.
• Create item templates and redraw items per specifications.
• Maintain brand standards while exploring creative possibilities.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with clients’ ideas and manage expectations.
• Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above
