Clay Creative Studio in Manila is seeking a work-from-home Graphic Designer for a 3- to 6-month contract, reporting to the team on weekdays. The role requires a strong portfolio in advertising across print and digital, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while collaborating with global clients.

Applicants should have a Bachelors in Graphic Design or related field, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and solid typography and layout skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in graphic design, advertising, or creative production.
Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, composition, typography, and color theory.
Experience in creating advertisements and promotional materials for a variety of products across print and digital platforms.
Experience in publication, marketing, and advertising is preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Knowledge of print production processes and digital design best practices is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality, accurate work.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Can perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Adaptable to changing priorities, client feedback, and business needs.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with a team.

Responsabilités

Execute design based on client-approved concepts.
Ensure all designs adhere to client brand guidelines.
Participate in brainstorming sessions with other team members to conceptualize on client requirements.
Contribute to overall team effectiveness through providing support to other team members, adhering to deadlines, and being flexible with working hours as required by a business with global clients in various timezones.
