Job summary

Best Practice Group, a remote Philippines-based agency, is hiring a Marketing Funnel Strategist & Implementation Specialist to design, build and optimize funnels moving prospects from masterclasses and paid programs into our flagship Executive Leadership Programme.

You will map customer journeys, create landing pages and email sequences in Kajabi (primary) and GoHighLevel, use Claude for funnel content, and collaborate with the sales team on bookings and handovers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building funnels in Kajabi.
• Hands-on GoHighLevel CRM and automation experience.
• Strategic thinker able to map journeys and optimize funnels.
• Strong Claude skills for content creation and QA.
• Excellent written and spoken English with attention to detail.
• Experience in coaching, education, or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map customer journeys and develop evergreen, webinar, event and lead-reactivation funnels.
• Build landing pages, email sequences, checkouts and automations in Kajabi and GoHighLevel.
• Create funnel content using Claude and verify accuracy before publishing.
• Collaborate with sales on bookings, reminders, handovers.
• Track funnel performance, diagnose drop-offs, run tests, report results.
