Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a highly execution-focused Full Stack Developer to build scalable web apps in a remote-first startup environment. You will own features end-to-end from idea to deployment, using React.js on the frontend and Node.js on the backend, with AI-assisted coding workflows.

We expect strong hands-on experience, with REST APIs, Postgres, and modern tooling like Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, and Redis.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience designing AI agents using modern LLM SDKs.
• Proficient in SQL/Postgres databases.
• Ability to work independently in remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable frontend applications with React.js and Next.js.
• Build backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrate databases, authentication, and third-party APIs.
• Work with Supabase/Postgres for data modeling.
• Implement Stripe payments and webhooks.
• Deploy and maintain apps on Vercel/cloud platforms.
• Write automated tests for critical workflows.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Use AI coding tools to speed up development.
• Own features from planning to production.
