Job summary

Mindrift is seeking skilled Frontend Developers to join the Tendem project, focusing on building high-quality landing pages and multi-page websites in a hybrid AI + human environment.

As part of your role as an AI Pilot, you will work closely with Tendem Agents to ensure pixel-perfect, conversion-ready websites. The role requires at least 3 years of experience and proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or Next.js, with compensation up to $60 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in frontend development, landing page production, or website development.
• Strong foundation in modern frontend development and responsive web design.
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Next.js, Vue, Astro, or similar).
• Portfolio of shipped landing pages and/or small websites.

Responsibilities

• Build landing pages, waitlist pages, and promo pages with performance-focused layouts.
• Implement responsive, mobile-first layouts that work cleanly across devices and browsers.
• Evaluate AI-generated frontend output and refine it to production quality.
• Troubleshoot layout and cross-browser issues independently.
