You will design motion graphics, apply the Editor Brand Bible, ensure clean audio, and deliver Draft 1 within 2 business days with revisions in 1 day. Remote work; Philippines-based applicants preferred.

The role requires a strong portfolio of YouTube edits, 4+ years experience, and the ability to invoice as a contractor.

Qualifications

• 4+ years editing talking-head or tutorial video with publishable YouTube work.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve and After Effects (or Fusion) with self-designed motion graphics.
• Strong pacing instincts: tight, clear, no fluff.
• Skilled in audio editing and sound enhancement.
• Follows written specs and feedback checklists to the letter.
• Reliable turnaround, clear written English, and comfortable working async.
• Own software and a machine capable of handling 4K source files; invoicing as a contractor.

Responsibilities

• Edit one long-form video per week (5–13 minutes) from raw talking-head and screen-recording footage.
• Place pre-built motion-graphic B-roll and design original motion graphics when needed.
• Follow the Editor Brand Bible for lower-thirds, on-screen labels, callouts, end screen, and exports.
• Blur client data on the privacy list to keep it unreadable.
• Deliver Draft 1 within 2 business days; revisions within 1 business day; most videos have two drafts.
• Communicate through the Asana task with briefs, feedback, and delivery links.
