Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year or 5-year college degree program.

• Experience in sales, customer service, or management is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to undergo required training and complete the Insurance Agent Licensure Examination.
• Able to work independently and manage responsibilities.
• Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in online training and professional development sessions.
• Conduct client consultations and financial needs assessments.
• Explain suitable insurance and financial protection solutions based on clients' needs.
• Assist clients with policy servicing, amendments, and claims-related inquiries.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client consultations and related activities.
