Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Finance Admin Assistant to ensure compliance and smooth finance operations from a remote Philippines-based role. You will handle multi-state sales tax, commissions, accounts payable in Sage Intacct, licenses, and lease records with accuracy and independence.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in accounting or compliance, strong Excel and English communication, and a proactive, self-starting approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years accounting, tax or compliance experience required.
• US sales tax experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail due to compliance work.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, file and pay multi-state sales tax returns accurately and on time.
• Research nexus, rates and product taxability for new nexus; set up tax codes.
• Support use tax, B&O tax and personal property tax compliance.
• Process monthly commissions for various internal teams and partners.
• Support accounts payable in Sage Intacct; vendor setup and refunds.
• Maintain business licenses, permits, and CSC filings; manage lease records.
• Track insurance certificates, utilities, and renewal deadlines.
• Triage tickets on Finance Admin board and improve processes.
