Speakto.Inc. (Brand:ET-Phone) is an online English teaching company seeking passionate home-based teachers to join full-time.

Classes are conducted for Korean students via mobile or desktop platforms, with focus on delivering engaging English lessons and monitoring student progress. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in an educational field, excellent English, near-native communication, and availability during peak hours (2 pm–11 pm PHT).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree holder in an educational field
• Excellent command of the English language
• Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver good results
• Minimum of 6 months of ESL teaching experience is a plus
• Has a passion for teaching with a positive work attitude
• Near-native English communication skills (oral and written)
• Availability at peak hours preferred (2 pm–11 pm PHT)
• Excellent work ethic (punctuality)
• ESL: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide online ESL classes to Korean students via Boda app or X-lite
• Tutors should have a strong responsibility over their students and classes
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of the student
