Job summary

Intouch Language Inc. is hiring Online ESL Teachers to deliver English classes remotely to Korean clients. The position offers full-time or part-time hours, with flexible shifts Monday to Friday and no weekend work.

Candidates must have full working rights for the Philippines, strong English communication, and a passion for teaching. Compensation is $7.00–$7.50 USD per hour, with an option to receive salary in PHP, and 100% work-from-home.

Qualifications

• Candidates have full working rights for Philippines.
• 1–2 years of online teaching experience (advantage but not mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• A passion for teaching, professionalism, commitment, and a positive work attitude

Responsibilities

• Deliver 10/15/20/30 minute English classes via phone or video (B2B clients and general learners)
• Customize instruction based on student needs: Business English, Test-based preparation, or Conversational English
• Provide feedback, track student progress, and maintain high teaching standards
• Follow a structured but flexible curriculum tailored to each client’s learning goals
