Job summary

Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Embedded Network Support Specialist to manage billing systems, QA and maintenance for embedded network and smart metering data, ensuring accurate billing and reliable energy network operations.

You will monitor data, configure meters, perform QA, generate reports, and support continuous improvement, all from a remote setup in the Philippines, with emphasis on collaboration with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in utility billing or embedded networks is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for billing and data issues.
• High attention to detail when reviewing meter data and reports.
• Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and billing validation.
• Experience with billing systems or metering platforms is desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills for recurring reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor smart metering data by reviewing exception reports and investigating data issues.
• Configure and maintain smart meter installations and connections within the billing platform.
• Perform billing cycle reviews and QA to ensure accurate billing.
• Generate and analyse billing, settlement, usage, and exception reports for discrepancies and trends.
• Investigate and resolve billing anomalies, escalating complex issues when required.
• Maintain accurate embedded network client records and support new data connections.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of billing, reporting, and system processes.
