Job summary

Tutor Me Education is seeking an Educational Case Manager for a fully remote role. You will conduct intakes, coordinate instructors, monitor progress, and deliver exceptional customer service in a virtual environment.

You will support regional operations, manage schedules with students and teachers, and ensure programs meet school district partners' expectations. The role requires strong time management, organization, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 2–3 years of virtual operations experience.
• Strong time management, planning, and prioritization in a multi-tasking role.
• Excellent professional demeanor and ability to work independently.
• Able to adapt priorities monthly and communicate effectively in virtual settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes with families and students and coordinate instructors.
• Track student progress and provide quality customer service.
• Manage virtual tutoring sessions and class schedules.
• Support remote regional operations and ensure program delivery.
• Confer with partner program directors to review progress and renew enrollments.
• Maintain operating standards and help achieve efficiency targets.
• Provide virtual administrative support, including data management and scheduling.
