Outsourcea Services Incorporated is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Lead with day-to-day digital marketing execution. This remote, part-time role (15-20 hours/week) offers hands-on experience in campaigns for international clients and room for growth into a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with strong written English, attention to detail, and basic copywriting skills, capable of researching independently and using AI tools judiciously.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with BSBA Marketing Management or related degree.
• Strong written English, good grammar, vocabulary, and basic copywriting.
• Strong attention to detail and able to review and correct your own work.
• Able to research, understand context, and think independently before completing a task.
• Knows how to use AI tools effectively for research, brainstorming, and productivity without being dependent on them.
• Able to verify AI-generated information and apply your own judgment before using it.
• Good working knowledge of Canva.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO, social media, and digital marketing.
• Proactive, reliable, organized, and consistent with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media content based on the approved content calendar provided by the Marketing Lead.
• Draft captions, blog content, and short-form content for review.
• Create social media graphics and marketing materials using Canva.
• Perform simple video editing for Reels and other social media content.
• Repurpose approved content into different formats and platforms.
• Assist with website content updates and assigned basic SEO tasks.
• Prepare ad creatives and campaign assets based on provided instructions.
• Gather marketing metrics and help maintain reports and trackers.
• Perform quality checks before submitting or publishing any work.
• Organize marketing files, graphics, videos, and other content assets.
