AutoScale Ventures is seeking a Data Quality & Validation Analyst to join their VinAudit team. This remote role in the Philippines focuses on ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and reliability across large automotive datasets.

You will investigate discrepancies, validate outputs, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of data experience, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and the ability to document findings clearly for technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• : At least 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or data quality.
• : Experience with large datasets and data quality issues.
• : Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets).
• : Strong English reading and writing skills.
• : Ability to document findings clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
• : Comfortable working remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Validate automotive datasets for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability.
• Analyze large datasets to identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent data.
• Investigate data quality issues and determine potential sources or causes.
• Research external data sources to validate information and support enrichment.
• Compare data across sources to identify discrepancies and expected results.
• Document findings to help developers reproduce and resolve issues.
• Escalate data-related problems and follow up until resolved.
• Verify fixes and ensure issues are properly addressed.
• Configure and tune data parsing and validation systems as requirements evolve.
• Perform recurring quality checks and identify broader data problems.
• Maintain clear records of investigations and outcomes.
• Collaborate with developers and Quality team to improve data reliability.
• Help improve internal validation processes.
