Job summary

A7 Recruitment Corporation is seeking Project-Based Data Annotators for a 3-month engagement on a work-from-home basis in the Philippines. The role requires 8-hour full-time shifts, immediate start, and the ability to complete assessments such as iCAP Modular and Pearson.

Bachelor’s degree is required, with priority given to candidates who have data annotation and customer service experience in a BPO setting. Strong English skills are essential for successful communication and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from any four-year course.
• Previous data annotation and customer service experience in a BPO is highly preferred/required.
• Strong English communication and comprehension skills.
• Available to start immediately.
• Willing to work a full-time 8-hour schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and consistent data annotation based on project guidelines and quality standards.
• Review and validate annotated data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Complete the required iCAP Modular and Pearson assessments.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to help improve processes and overall project quality.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and project deadlines.
• Follow project-specific guidelines and quality requirements.
