Job summary

SuperStaff is seeking a Data Analyst to build and maintain the company’s data and reporting infrastructure from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who can turn repetitive ERP and operational data extracts into sustainable dashboards, analyses, and decision-support tools, across sales, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and finance.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and experienced with ERP/WMS data, inventory concepts, and data visualization.

Qualifications

• Advanced to expert Excel skills with complex formulas and data manipulation.
• Experience building recurring dashboards and analyses from repetitive source-data uploads.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with operational data in distribution, warehousing, inventory, logistics, or related environments.
• Understanding of inventory concepts including JIT and complex calculations.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and build solutions with limited infrastructure.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sustainable dashboards, reports, and recurring analyses from ERP, WMS, and other data exports.
• Create repeatable reporting processes from ERP, WMS, and other source data.
• Develop reporting across sales, margin, purchasing, inventory, inbound/outbound operations, and finance.
• Analyze complex inventory data, including consumption, levels, and replenishment needs.
• Support forecasting and historical trend analysis.
• Identify data quality issues and improve reporting reliability.
• Navigate ERP/WMS platforms to identify source data and develop reports or dashboards.
• Automate repetitive data preparation and reporting tasks.
• Document reporting logic, data sources, and refresh procedures.
• Translate business questions into actionable analyses for leadership.
