Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Promotional Products, Marketing, Sales, Sales Support, or related role.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend DEBCO high-volume customer call queue.
• Respond to customer-related emails.
• Support Account Managers.
• Follow up with customers on orders on hold.
• Quote catalogue pricing.
• Suggest alternative products and services to meet customer requests.
