Qualifications

  • Strong written English with the ability to summarise financial and deal information.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
  • Excellent administrative and data-entry skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines.
  • Comfortable using multiple software platforms, portals and CRM systems.
  • Confident using Slack, email and other digital tools.
  • Able to learn new lender platforms quickly.
  • Experience in finance, lending or financial administration preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Slack for new deal workshopping requests from brokers.
  • Review deal breakdowns and client information.
  • Enter deal details into lender quoting and assessment platforms.
  • Review indicative lender outcomes and pricing.
  • Prepare concise deal summaries and email lender BDMs as needed.
  • Consolidate lender responses into clear broker summaries.
  • Track deals and follow up on lender responses for same-day turnaround.
  • Maintain accurate workshopping records and CRM updates.
  • Respond to broker status queries and flag delays or system issues.
  • Adapt to new lender platforms and support process improvements.
