Job summary

Creative Milkshake (part of Fieldtrip) in the Philippines is hiring a Project Manager to lead workflows and delivery across our creative production engine. You will turn briefs into actionable plans, manage timelines and dependencies in ClickUp, and ensure alignment across creative, scripting, casting, production, and post-production.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management / Creative Operations experience at a digital agency, performance creative shop, or remote production team.
• Deep proficiency in building views, custom fields, dependencies, and tracking task workflows inside ClickUp or similar tools.
• Strong familiarity with social ad production stages (briefing, creator casting, video editing, revisions) and digital video formats (Meta, TikTok).

Responsibilities

• Project Management & Delivery Oversight (70%): turning briefs into clear delivery plans and timelines; manage the full production pipeline inside ClickUp; keep teams aligned on deadlines; ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope; maintain documentation.
• Operational Client Communication & Coordination (20%): provide regular updates to clients on shoot timelines and asset approvals; manage client feedback and revision cycles to protect scope.
• AM Alignment & Account Enablement (10%): partner with Account Managers to surface blockers and capacity constraints; identify delivery risks and propose workflow efficiencies.
