Job summary

Somewhere is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Creative Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing team as a remote independent contractor. You will support the creative arm of our marketing initiatives and help maintain and enhance the brand across multiple channels.

The role focuses on design, branding, and digital marketing, requiring 2+ years of experience and proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, plus familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, design, or communications (internships included).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms is preferred.
• Strong visual design sense with good layout, color, and typography.
• Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and branding basics.

Responsibilities

• Email Marketing Support and e-blast campaigns creation.
• Design and create e-blasts using Adobe tools, Canva, and brand templates; schedule in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and resize/edit assets for digital/print.
• Collaborate on campaigns to support sales and brand engagement; brainstorm new ideas.
• Design digital assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms; assist with promotions.
