Qualifications

• CPA licence and strong knowledge of US GAAP preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with senior/controller exposure.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close per US GAAP.
• Research complex accounting issues, revenue recognition, intercompany activity.
• Supervise accounting staff; review reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll.
• Establish and monitor internal controls; liaison for external US audits.
• Develop budgets/forecasts; analyze variances for exec decisions.
• Improve accounting tech stack for efficiency.
