Job summary

Quanta Philippines ROHQ is the regional operating headquarters of Quanta Services, Inc., located in Manila. The ROHQ supports Quanta’s international expansion by sourcing and developing highly qualified workforce for Quanta companies in the US, Australia and worldwide.

We are wholly owned by Quanta Services Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed company (NYSE:PWR). A Contracts Advisor role will support the company’s main power infrastructure projects rather than the civil business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Law, Engineering and/or Project Management.
• Demonstrated experience managing upstream head contracts and downstream subcontracts.
• Ability to interpret head contracts and advise project managers on obligations and entitlements.
• Experience negotiating subcontracts with subcontractors.
• Strong verbal communication for phone and Teams-based stakeholder support.
• Good working knowledge of SharePoint and DocuSign.
• Ability to participate confidently in client, project and procurement meetings.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Relationship building and collaboration.
• Curiosity and ability to ask probing questions.
• Commercial judgement and confidence to challenge appropriately.
• Negotiation skills.
• Responsive stakeholder support and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Follow contract management and administration guidelines.
• Prepare project commercial resources and templates for contractual processes.
• Maintain project commercial registers using approved templates.
• Provide updates on status of notices and claims to project management.
• Ensure contract documentation is updated in project files.
• Manage client and subcontractor correspondence and notices.
• Guide Project Managers on key contractual obligations upstream and downstream.
• Ensure compliance with contract timeframes and insurance/Security requirements.
• Assist with payment claims and related documentation.
• Support suppliers and subcontractors to meet terms and conditions.
