You’ll curate diverse content, create compelling copy and headlines, support social media planning, and ensure every piece aligns with our clients’ brands and goals, while meeting deadlines and collaborating with Account Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, social media, or content marketing.
• Excellent written English, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Strong ability to write engaging social media copy, headlines, captions, and marketing content.
• Strong research and content curation skills, including competitor and market research.
• Ability to repurpose long-form content into engaging, audience-focused content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management and task-tracking platforms.
• Proficiency with ChatGPT, Grammarly, or similar AI/content tools.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple clients.
• Work Setup: Remote or WFH - EST hours (40 hours per week)
• Open to utilize Time Doctor
• Salary offer depends on the met qualifications or experience.

Responsibilities

• Curate diverse content across formats for clients.
• Perform market and competitor research.
• Identify valuable content segments for repurposing.
• Submit tickets with dates in ClickUp.
• Create and maintain a catalog of curated content.
• Develop compelling and attention-grabbing headlines for content segments.
• Create engaging social copy for repurposed content.
• Edit captions on social assets.
• Communicate creative direction for ecommerce assets.
• Assist team leaders in social posting.
• Maintain content and curation sheets and schedule posts in Sprout.
• Align client voice and brand guidelines during onboarding.
• Plan content schedules with a week's content in advance.
• Escalate client concerns to the Team Lead for resolution.
