Qualifications

• Run and grow your own channel(s) with demonstrable success.
• 3+ years creating short-form content with organic growth.
• Be able to explain why a video earned 2M views vs 4K.
• Native-level English on camera and in writing.
• Comfortable on camera or strong voiceover ability.
• Reliable internet and decent capture setup.

Responsibilities

• Produce 10–15 original concepts per day from manager briefs—hook, script, and raw capture.
• Write hooks that survive the first 1.5 seconds.
• Appear on camera and/or deliver voiceover, depending on format.
• Use AI tooling to produce content that doesn't look AI-produced.
• Self-serve from the editor's template library to produce variants at volume.
• Bring format ideas the manager hasn't thought of—you're closer to platforms.
• Turn dry engineering material into content a property manager will actually watch.
