Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a proactive Point of Contact (PoC) Coordinator in the Philippines to build relationships with local communities and businesses, recruit participant groups, and coordinate project activities for a Robotics AI data collection initiative.

You will identify potential sources, explain project scope and compensation, coordinate participant onboarding, and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment phase, with remote work and occasional local meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support participant retention by maintaining regular communication and engagement.

Success in This Role

A successful Point of Contact Coordinator consistently builds strong local partnerships, recruits qualified participant groups, ensures smooth communication throughout the project, and helps maintain high participant engagement and successful completion of scheduled recording sessions.
