Job summary

Everest Clinical Research is expanding its global biometrics team and seeking experienced Clinical Data Managers to work remotely from a home-based office near Manila, Philippines. You will lead data management deliverables, develop plans, and coordinate with sponsors and vendors on timelines and data quality.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience with EDC systems, supporting audits and regulatory inspections in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in health/pharmaceutical sciences, biology, or chemistry.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical clinical data management or 2+ years as a CDM II.
• Deep understanding of clinical trial data management concepts and regulations.
• Strong leadership and client-focused work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management activities and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Develop and maintain data management plans and deviations.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
• Train staff on EDC systems and data quality processes.
• Support client audits and regulatory inspections.
