Shearwater Health seeks an Inpatient Quality Analyst for a full-time, remote role. As a Certified Inpatient Medical Coder, you will ensure accurate and compliant coding for our healthcare clients, supporting high-quality revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities include coding inpatient records (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS), reviewing docs for accuracy, and collaborating with providers to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Inpatient coder with active PRC license and BS Nursing degree.
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient coding experience.
