Job summary

ECAM is seeking a Remote Service Technician I to provide real-time 24/7 support for CCTV systems and related equipment across customer sites. The role involves troubleshooting NVRs, IP cameras, VOIP devices, and networks as part of designated groups.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with a IT/CS/Engineering/Business degree, basic IT and CCTV knowledge, and English communication skills. Remote work with shift duties is expected.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in IT, computer engineering, or business.
• ITIL, Comptia, Cisco certs preferred but not required.
• 0–2 years in a similar tech support/Service Desk role.
• Basic desktop and network support knowledge.
• Basic CCTV/IP camera knowledge.
• Basic ticket handling and incident management.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & update NVRs, IP cameras, VOIP devices, networks, and related security equipment.
• Respond to L1 tickets within target response/resolution times and update users.
• Log all contacts and actions into the database per guidelines.
• Perform ongoing health monitoring of customer systems and react to issues promptly.
• Escalate to Level 2/Field with concise notes for efficient resolution.
• Provide regular ticket updates and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Offer 24x7 shifting at L1 support and create workarounds for urgent issues.
