NeoWork is hiring bookkeepers to manage day-to-day financial records for U.S. companies and accounting firms. You will keep the books accurate and up to date, from transaction recording through month-end reconciliations.

NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.

Formación

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero.
• Strong understanding of reconciliations and basic accounting principles.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written English for communicating with U.S. teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Based in the Philippines with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.

Responsabilidades

• Record transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Review balance sheets and P&L statements to identify discrepancies.
• Support month-end close and prepare basic financial reports.
• Follow established SOPs and communicate issues to the accounting manager.
