Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with Australian Chartered firm or commercial.
• Proficient with XERO, QBO, and MYOB.
• Deep knowledge of Australian tax laws and regulations.
• Experience in balance sheet reconciliations and profit and loss determination.
• Proven ability to code client accounts weekly.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry with required account allocations of business transactions.
• Prepare invoices, billing payments, or schedule of payments.
• Reconcile accounts, both Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Produce monthly financial reports and forecasts.
• Prepare BAS and IAS returns independently.
