Job summary

BizForce is seeking an AR Specialist with strong medical billing and urology experience. You will manage aging receivables, follow up with payers, and ensure timely reimbursements across inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory settings.

Ideal candidates will handle CPT/ICD-10-CM coding, review EOBs, and coordinate documentation for claims. This is a Permanent Remote role with weekly pay and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of medical AR or billing experience.
• Experience with urology billing is required.
• Familiarity with CPT/ICD-10-CM and modifiers.
• Ability to follow up on denials and appeals.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage aged AR and follow up on 60/90/120+ day balances.
• Resolve unpaid or denied claims with accurate documentation.
• Submit corrected claims, appeals, and supporting docs.
• Handle urology-related professional and surgical claims.
• Coordinate with payers, patients, and clinical staff.
