Welo Data is seeking a detail-oriented QC Reviewer to ensure the quality and consistency of robot manipulation video annotations produced by our annotation team. You will review labeled video segments against a detailed style guide and reference examples, catch errors, and provide constructive feedback to annotators.

This freelance role focuses on cross-checking descriptions across multiple camera views, verifying coverage, and reporting recurring issues to help calibrate the team and maintain

Qualifications

• Excellent written English and strong reading comprehension.
• Attention to detail with ability to catch subtle mismatches.
• Understanding of spatial/mechanical descriptions (left/right, above/below).
• Ability to apply a detailed style guide consistently and judge edge cases.

Responsibilities

• Review completed annotations of robot manipulation videos across three labeling detail levels.
• Cross-check annotator descriptions against three camera views for accuracy.
• Verify full coverage of each video, ensuring no gaps or idle moments.
• Check that descriptions reflect what happened, including failures or drops.
• Evaluate adherence to the style guide, ensuring vocabulary and terminology consistency.
• Identify recurring errors and report them for calibration.
• Provide actionable feedback referencing the style guide and references.
• Participate in calibration sessions to align QC standards.
