Alignerr Corp. is seeking Software Engineers in a fully remote, hourly contract role based around Quezon City and beyond. You will write, review, and refine AI-generated code, helping train AI systems to think like real developers.

You’ll work on hands-on engineering, evaluating outputs, providing expert feedback, and shaping the quality of AI coding assistants on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages from the listed set.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Able to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously, on your own schedule.
