RSC is seeking an experienced AI & IT Transformation Specialist to lead AI architecture, governance and strategic direction. You will design and own the AI roadmap, collaborate with a global team, and drive adoption of AI solutions across the organization.

The role involves evaluating AI tools, establishing governance policies, and supporting staff while contributing to day-to-day IT operations within a fast-growing consultancy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing AI in a business, including governance.
• Hands-on skills in AI solutions such as RAG, agents and integrations, plus Microsoft 365.
• 5+ years in IT and clear communication with technical and non-technical people.

Responsabilités

• Design and own AI architecture and roadmap across Claude, Microsoft 365 and connected systems.
• Research and test new AI tools and recommend what is right for RSC.
• Set up and run AI governance: policies, risk register, approved tools and stay updated on AI legislation.
• Train and support staff and be the go-to person for AI questions.
• Support day-to-day IT helpdesk as part of a small IT team.
