Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Ad Operations Learning Specialist to train and develop Ad Operations teams. You will deliver onboarding, refresher, and cross-functional training, collaborating with SMEs and leaders to translate processes into clear learning content.

Requirements include 2+ years in Ad Operations and experience delivering structured training, with strong Excel and MS Office skills, and excellent English communication. Remote work with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field from an accredited institution is required.
• A minimum of two years of hands‑on Ad Operations experience is required, including experience with campaign setup or trafficking, quality assurance, monitoring, reporting, optimization, or related campaign‑management activities.
• Demonstrated experience implementing or delivering structured training, onboarding, coaching, or formal knowledge transfer is required; this experience may be in Ad Operations or another professional discipline.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one of the listed platforms or a directly comparable advertising platform is required.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting, structured data, and spreadsheet‑based reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training for Ad Operations employees in classroom and virtual environments.
• Assist with client‑specific and platform‑specific training with SMEs and team leads, including practical exercises and campaign simulations.
• Adapt training pace to learner needs while reinforcing accuracy, QA, information security, and process compliance.
• Create training materials, exercises, assessments, SOPs, job aids, or educational content.
• Translate workflows and client requirements into clear, standardized training content.
• Maintain version control and training records and update materials for policy changes.
• Administer knowledge checks and practical evaluations and provide feedback to trainees and stakeholders.
• Assess production readiness and recommend advancement or remediation based on demonstrated knowledge.
• Conduct skill set reviews and support targeted development and cross‑training plans.
• Support nesting and early production through observation and coaching; track outcomes and trends for curriculum improvements.
