Job summary

Talentia Consulting is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing, international B2B SaaS company in Manila. You will lead technical projects, build scalable frontend and backend applications, develop SPAs and APIs, and mentor junior engineers.

Relocation support is available for international candidates. You will refactor legacy systems, drive best practices, and collaborate across teams to improve performance in a dynamic, Manila-based environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, Express, or similar.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and databases.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
