Lifesports Inc. in Pasay is seeking a dependable Messenger to support the Accounting team with document deliveries, bank deposits, and government transactions. You will handle confidential documents, record transactions, and perform errands to ensure timely processing.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years’ experience, and a valid driver’s license. Familiarity with Metro Manila routes and navigation apps is essential.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate.
• 1-2 years of messenger experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license (motorcycle or vehicle, if applicable).
• Knowledge of delivery processes, document handling, and routing.
• Familiarity with Metro Manila routes and basic navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze).
• Experience handling bank, government, or accounting-related transactions is an advantage.
• Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and responsible.
• Physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up accounting documents, checks, invoices, and records.
• Submit documents with banks, government agencies, and external offices.
• Safely handle confidential accounting documents and obtain receipts when required.
• Plan efficient routes and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Assist with basic filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks as needed.
• Comply with policies, traffic regulations, and safety procedures.
