Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Relationship Associate to service daily client requests and maintain updated data on accounts, ensuring complete loan-related documentary requirements to assess creditworthiness.

You will coordinate with units to ensure timely delivery of bank services and prepare basic analyses for client proposals. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong organizational and analytical abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business-related or accounting field, open to fresh graduates.
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational & analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship abilities.

Position Title: Relationship Associate

Job Summary:

• You will service daily requests of clients, maintain updated data/information on accounts and ensure completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients' requirements and/or credit worthiness.
• Coordinate with concerned units regarding the appropriate management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.
• Prepare basic analysis/evaluation of client’s proposal to provide inputs on their decision-making process.
• Assist in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
• Assist in the handling of customer complaints and recommend solutions.

Role Exposure:

• Develop your skills in collaboration and relationship building with external/internal clients
• Increase your exposure on loan, trade, branch and treasury transactions

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any Business related or accounting field. We are open to consider fresh graduates as well.
