Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Staff-level professional in the Financial & Control Sector to gather financial data for BSP/PDIC/BTr/PDTC/PDEx and other management reports, coordinating with the Data Warehouse Division to ensure accuracy and proper formatting.

The role involves gathering data from DWD and other units, ensuring completeness, coordinating with DWD on data needs, and preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semestral, and annual report submissions to BSP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, or Accounting Information System.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathers relevant data and information needed in the preparation of required reports from DWD and other business units.
• Ensures that all data and information gathered from DWD and other business units are complete and accurate.
• Coordinates with Data Warehouse Division on additional data requirements needed by the Department relative to the preparation of required reports.
• Assists/prepares daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semestral and annual reportorial requirements of the Bank for submission to BSP.
• Keeps updated of the pertinent circulars/memorandums/bulletins issued by BSP, PDIC, BTR, PDTC and PSA to ensure compliance with prescribed regulatory policies.
• Maintains/stores relevant data for future needs.
• Safekeeps files and/or sent to Records Management Department for proper disposition.
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
