Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience with business registration and government transactions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Philippine registration requirements is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting operations.
• Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic reviews to evaluate regulatory compliance.
• Serve as liaison with LGUs and government agencies for document submission.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for permits, licenses, and registrations.
• Ensure timely reporting of compliance metrics and KPIs.
• Assist in client registration and onboarding to meet legal requirements.
