Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in the energy sector, with at least 5 years in senior regional leadership or P&L ownership.
• Expertise in utility-scale PV and energy storage projects, especially in advisory or engineering roles.
• Successful operations or project delivery in Southeast Asian markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 3-year regional strategy covering Southeast Asia.
• Secure new mandates from developers, IPPs, and utilities.
• Oversee technical assignments from feasibility through COD.
• Manage regional budgets and control commercial risks.
• Build and mentor engineering and project management teams.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders in the energy sector.
• Champion innovation in renewable technologies.
