Job summary

Masagana Gas Corp. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations across CALABARZON or NCR. You will manage a high-performing team, implement growth plans, and drive revenue in the LPG sector.

Responsibilities include developing area strategies, coaching reps, building key customer relationships, and delivering actionable sales insights. Travel within the assigned area and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record in sales management, ideally in LPG or energy products.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze markets and develop actionable plans.
• Results-oriented and focused on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and willing to travel within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute area sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives for peak performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
