Job summary

A prominent automotive company seeks a Dealer Support Associate in Cebu City to monitor dealers’ sales targets, implement sales initiatives, and provide strategic support across the Visayas region. Qualifications

• At least 2-4 years of experience in after sales, field sales, or territory management.
• Driver’s license and willing to travel across the region.
• Experience in the automotive industry or dealer network operation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive dealers’ achievement of sales targets.
• Execute localized sales and marketing initiatives.
• Enhance workshop productivity and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results.
• Conduct regular dealer audits and Business Health Checks.
• Provide on-site dealership support and performance coaching.
• Travel regularly within the Visayas region.
