Qualifications include a Vocational Course Graduate with NC-II in RAC, at least 6 months of related experience, and the ability to work in confined spaces. Candidates should be amenable to work on a shifting schedule, primarily night shifts.

Ref and Aircon Technician - Store Support

• Installs, maintains, and repairs ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment.
• Diagnoses electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Executes risk-based maintenance on systems and equipment.
• Cleans, adjusts, and repairs systems and executes warranty services.
• Performs emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Provides technical direction and on-the-job trainings.
• Keeps daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Complies with service and safety standards and work instructions.
• Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate head.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least a Vocational Course Graduate, having NC-II in RAC/DomRAC Servicing.
• Has at least 6 months of related work experience in repairs and maintenance (specifically with ref and aircon equipment).
• Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal & writing form and proficient in reading work plans.
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, dominantly night shift for preventive maintenance program execution.
• Able to work in confined spaces.
• Willing to travel to various Mary Grace Café locations.
