Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the SVP, the Recruitment Supervisor I is responsible for filing up the manpower requisitions for Management Staff and Executive Level positions for Plants 2, 5/6, 4 and Ionics HUB of Ionics EMS, Inc; completes employment requirements; ensures that recruits are scheduled for appropriate trainings; places and tracks responses to advertisements; sets up recruitment plans; conducts data analysis on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies; maintains and develops the recruitment database; supervises recruitment assistants and recruitment clerk.

Recruitment Function
  • 1. Assist in design/development Recruitment manual and process
  • 2. Assistant in the training and development of subordinates
  • 3. Assist in overseeing the whole process of recruitment, but not limited to: advertisement, interview of management staff candidates, testing, ATM applications & processing, ID preparation & replacements, uniforms and locker’s
  • 4. Ensure that good fit candidate be aligned to company culture and justify investment in hiring and training.
  • 5. Ensure proper listing of all NPA’s in the system, but not limited to all government ID’s information’s
  • 6. Ensure timely submission of all reports, not limited to: manpower count, employees data’s and government reports
  • 7. Ensure timely that all orientation activities are being served properly such as: policies/rules, company values, vision and mission, company/plant tour and introduction of new employees to all key personnel of the company
  • 8. Conducts Job offer to successful applicants with the approval of hiring manager.
  • 9. Conducts the discussion of employment undertaking to newly hired employees.
  • 10. Checks recruitment report submitted by recruitment clerk and recruitment assistant
  • 11. Conducts data analysis on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
