Job description

The Admin Supervisor will lead the admin team and oversee compliance and audits in line with company, government, and client standards. This role will also be responsible for managing both internal and external audits

Responsibilities
  • Manage and evaluate the admin team’s performance to ensure compliance and effective delivery.
  • Conduct regular audit checks and report on the compliance status of managed sites.
  • Oversee the completion of new hire pre-employment requirements, including background check compliance; monitor progress and assist with adjudication in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Ensure standardized practices across all sites for key compliance processes, including document requirements, HR endorsement, and onboarding.
  • Identify and resolve gaps and inefficiencies in the onboarding process.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for issues related to onboarding and compliance.
  • Represent the recruitment team, alongside Recruitment Heads, during audits.
  • Liaise with vendors regarding escalated pre-employment concerns from the sites.
  • Work on-site according to assigned location.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
