Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a recruiter to build an elite, fast-moving team. You are not just a resume screener; you are a brand ambassador and talent scout, owning the hiring process from intake to offer.

You will source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond, partnering with leadership to find top-tier candidates in Sales, Design, Development and Strategy. This is a remote, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for tech, digital or creative agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle from intake with leadership to the final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Give every candidate a seamless, respectful, Blacksmith standard experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full time talent to move fast.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in our ATS and update hiring managers.
