We are hiring a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for a variety of roles including administrative, support, operations, finance, customer service, and other non-technical functions. This role supports both internal and client requirements, ensuring timely and effective delivery of qualified candidates through strategic sourcing and screening efforts.

The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable handling multiple roles at once in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers or clients to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Source candidates via job boards, referrals, social media, databases, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, consolidate feedback, and support the offer and hiring process.
  • Assist in job ad creation, recruitment marketing, and talent pipeline building.
  • Provide timely updates and reporting to hiring teams or clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a staffing firm, BPO, or shared services environment.
