Job summary

ibex Philippines is seeking an experienced WFM Supervisor to lead our Real-Time Analysis (RTA) team. You will oversee real-time monitoring, staffing decisions, and performance reporting to ensure service levels are met and efficiency is optimized.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in WFM supervision or senior RTA roles, strong leadership, and excellent communication to coach a high-performing workforce in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in WFM supervision or Senior Real-Time Analyst roles
• Strong knowledge of workforce management and real-time operations
• Experience in leading and coaching an RTA team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage WFM team
• Monitor real-time operations and ensure service level targets are met
• Make staffing recommendations based on business needs
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Coordinate with Operations and WFM teams to address staffing concerns
• Prepare and present real-time performance reports
• Drive continuous improvement in workforce processes and team performance
