Job summary

Suntrust Properties, Inc. is seeking a Sales Admin Support to assist the Sales & Marketing Manager.

The role involves processing accreditations for new and renewing agents, and addressing concerns of in-house Suntrustees (sellers) including sales bookings and training, at the Batangas site. Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with at least 1 year of corporate or sales admin experience in real estate, and be proficient in standard computer applications.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in corporate or sales admin, preferably in real estate.
• Proficient in computer applications and common software tools.

Responsibilities

• Process accreditation of new sales agents and renewals.
• Facilitate concerns of in-house Suntrustees (sellers) related to sales bookings, marketing activities, and training.
• Coordinate admin tasks for Training, Sales Operations and site office operations.
• Execute Sales and Marketing strategies as directed by the Manager.
• Coordinate all initiatives concerning in-house Suntrustees (sellers).
